The patient had previously presented to us with a cast-on prosthesis supported by 4 implants.

After a detailed clinical and radiographic examination, a staged treatment approach was chosen, first performing bone augmentation to allow for the placement of 2 more implants. This decision was medically justified and aimed at ensuring a more stable and long-term result.

After the placement of the implants and the restorative phase, a fixed denture consisting of 12 teeth was prepared.

The resulting construction provides higher stability, full chewing function and a natural appearance. As a result, the patient received a more comfortable solution that significantly improved his quality of daily life.
