One-stage implantation of teeth
This classic method is used in dentistry very often, it is performed immediately on the day of extraction of the problematic tooth. The tooth is removed and the implant is placed in the denture.
Implants have a cylindrical shape, the anatomy also differs between systems, as they are selected according to the type of bone: dense, sparse, etc. The length and diameter depend on which tooth it is for and what qualitative and quantitative features of the bone there are.
During the implantation of the front teeth, the implants are smaller, when restoring the molar teeth, larger implants are chosen, and often two supports are placed instead of a multi-rooted tooth.
The operation takes place in two sub-stages.
At the first stage, a titanium root is placed inside the bone tissue and covered with a mucosal surface. After an abutment and ceramic cap are placed inside the implant.
